Green tourmaline & diamond pendant with chain

This is a large green tourmaline briolette (meaning a pear shaped stone that has been cut in triangular facets to really reflect the light) and diamond pendant suspended from a 14K white gold chain.

Tourmaline is a semi precious stone and they are often cracked and flawed, which puts a premium on clean gemstones, especially those over 10 carats in weight like this one.
