This gorgeous bracelet is made from reconstituted turquoise and is set in silver.
There is always a large percentage (often close to 90%) of turquoise found in every mine that is too soft and chalky to cut, so the miners crush it down and add epoxy - a type of resin - so that it becomes hard enough to cut into gemstones.
Reconstituted turquoise is considered a real stone, and is actually preferred by some people because it retains its colour better than natural turquoise. But because it isn't 100% natural, it sells for less - hence the low price for this bracelet!
